Kobciye is a Somali co-operative owned by all Somalis. and was established in June, 2016. Kobciye is a cooperative that invests in Somali agricultural production. The Kobciye Cooperative is based on seven principles that all cooperatives around the world are based on. They are

1. Being independent and open at all times.

2. Its management is elected by its members.

3. An equal economy that can be studied.
